Brendan Gibbons

Gibbons struggled through a 2010 freshman season in which he didn’t often see the field, converting only one of his five field goal attempts (20 percent). He vastly improved, however, in his sophomore year, making 13 of his 17 field goal attempts (76.5 percent) and also converting 54 of his 55 extra point attempts. With Denard Robinson back once again, Michigan’s offense should be equally strong in 2012. That means field goal and extra point opportunities could be plentiful for Gibbons in Ann Arbor.
