Brett Moncrief

Moncrief has yet to play for Troy, but the four-star junior college transfer should make a big impact right away. He could be playing for Kansas or Missouri right now, so he obviously has big-time athleticism. The only issue is how quickly he picks up the offense and how much attention he gets in an offense with a ludicrous supply of receiver talent. He's a high-upside, low-floor pick in Sun Belt-only leagues.
