2023 Fantasy Outlook
Morris was the starter for the Horned Frogs to begin the year at Colorado in 2022, however, he was hurt in that game and Max Duggan took over and never looked back. Duggan played so well last season that Morris spent most of the year on the bench with just a few passing attempts in lopsided affairs. This year, Morris will look to fend off Oregon State transfer Chance Nolan who comes with a ton of experience. Whether it’s Morris or Nolan who wins the starting job, it’s a total reload for the TCU offense as only three starters return from the 13-2 playoff team last year. TCU added a plethora of weapons from the transfer portal but be cautious of an adjustment period for these new pieces working together. HC Sonny Dykes will have his work cut out for him during the 2023 season. Read Past Outlooks

Three total scores in loss
Morris was 23-for-41 passing for 298 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 24-21 defeat to West Virginia. He also had 11 rushes for 51 yards with one touchdown.
ANALYSIS
Morris added a rushing score for the third time this season and has at least three total touchdowns in four of five games this year. With TCU's defense struggling early in the season, Morris has been a consistent fantasy performer. That shouldn't change when the team plays at Iowa State next week. Keep Morris in that starting line-up.

2022 Fantasy Outlook
Morris will battle with three-year starter Max Duggan and youngster Sam Jackson for the starting quarterback role at TCU. The Horned Frogs have a new head coach in Sonny Dykes who brings a prolific offense with him from SMU. When Duggan sustained a foot injury late in the 2021 season, Morris shined with 461 passing yards, 70 rushing yards and three touchdown touchdowns in an upset of Baylor. Soon after this eye-popping fantasy performance, he sustained an undisclosed injury which led to him preserving his redshirt. This gives Dykes a ton of flexibility with the talented dual-threat signal caller and it's a realistic possibility that Morris is the future quarterback for the Horned Frogs.
