Millines has the talent to be Illinois’ top receiver this year, but between his durability issues and the lack of efficiency in the Illinois passing game, that isn’t likely to translate to much fantasy value. He’s worth perhaps a late pick in Big Ten-only leagues, but after catching just 19 passes 218 yards and one touchdown last year, that’s probably the most he’s worth.
