DeAndre Brown

It's no secret that Brown is one of the truly elite talents in the country, and he should be able to show it more than ever as a junior this year. He had difficult regaining form after a catastrophic broken leg injury at the end of his otherwise fabulous freshman year, but he still totaled 785 yards and nine touchdowns in 11 games. He's supposedly up to 245 pounds now, making him perhaps the closest thing college football has seen to Calvin Johnson since he left Georgia Tech. Brown will rightfully be a very high pick regardless of league type.
