2021 Fantasy Outlook
Jenkins had a decent 2020 season, hauling in 23 balls for 397 yards and two touchdowns. While leading receiver Kayshon Boutte returns, Terrace Marshall, Jr. has taken his talents to the NFL, opening up plenty more opportunities for Jenkins. He will vie with Koy Moore and Trey Palmer for additional looks. Jenkins flashed big-play ability during his first meaningful snaps of his collegiate career last season, as he led the Tigers with an average of 17.3 yards per reception. Regardless of whether Max Johnson or Myles Brennan ends up starting under center, Jenkins appears primed for a possible breakout season.
