Jared Karstetter

Karstetter was easily Washington State's best wideout in 2009, catching 38 passes for 520 yards and six touchdowns. He should produce similarly in 2010, which means he doesn't warrant consideration outside of Pac-10-only leagues. One potential concern with Karstetter is the progress of fellow wideout Gino Simone, who could steal some catches this year. Hopefully the progress of quarterback Jeff Tuel will offset Simone's and provide more opportunity for both receivers.
