Shepherd becomes the second Oklahoma State receiver to enter the portal during the offseason, joining Matt Polk. A redshirt junior this past season, Shepherd made just two appearances for the Cowboys over four years with the program. The wideout will be able to compete immediately at his next school with up to two years of eligibility to use.
