LeGrone and wide receiver Andre Hunt have both elected to leave the Nebraska program one day after the two received word they would received a two-and-half-year suspension from the school following an investigation into sexual assault allegations made against the men in August. A three-star recruit who made one reception for eight yards across his three games with the Cornhuskers as a true freshman in 2019, LeGrone never saw any action this season after he and Hunt were first suspended in late August. He'll be able to take a redshirt for the 2019 season and will have three years of eligibility remaining.
