No returning Miner had more receptions than Foster in 2018. Don't get too excited, though, as Foster had a mere 18 catches. This was an offense that struggled mightily to move the ball through the air, which has been the story for years on end at this point. If Kai Locksley doesn't get the boot from the program for his legal issues, he'll be the starting quarterback, and he does most of his damage in the run game. That will limit this passing offense even further, and somehow that will drop Foster's ceiling even more.
