LaVon Brazill

Brazil was one of the nation's most underappreciated all-around playmakers in 2009, catching six touchdowns, returning punts for three more, and throwing a touchdown pass as well. He probably won't match those excellent numbers this year, but he's the only Ohio player who's worth monitoring in all formats. His value in MAC-only leagues is obviously higher.
