After taking some time to review the matter internally, Nebraska determined it was best to part ways with Washington. During his time at Nebraska, Washington appeared in 18 games, rushing for 753 yards to go with 383 receiving yards and seven total touchdowns. If he chooses to continue his career elsewhere, Washington will have two years of eligibility remaining.
