ANALYSIS
Jarrell is one of four Maryland receivers to place his name in the portal this offseason. A recruit from the 2017 cycle, Jarrell never saw much action across his three-year stay in College Park, recording no receptions. He'll have two years of eligibility remaining entering the 2020 season.
