Mustafa Greene

Greene sat out the entire 2011 season after hurting his foot but was the Wolfpack's leading rusher as a freshman in 2010. N.C. State's 2010 rushing attack was hardly impressive, as the team actually averaged only 3.4 yards per carry, but Greene was one of the few positives, compiling 597 yards and averaging 4.5 yards per carry. He returns as a redshirt sophomore and the possible starter in 2012. He has dealt with off-the-field issues throughout his time with the Wolfpack and his availability for 2012 is up in the air, but he's definitely the program's most talented runner and would likely earn a prominent role immediately upon return.
