ANALYSIS
While Rodriguez couldn't reclaim Battle on the Bayou supremacy for the Warhawks on Saturday, he put in a solid performance. For a guy who was hospitalized with a collapsed lung earlier in the season, it's a minor miracle that the pivot even played in ULM's final handful of games. Even though he couldn't lead his team to bowl eligibility, 2021 has been nothing short of a major success for Rodriguez and crew. ULM didn't hold a lead for a single second in any of their 10 games in 2020, so to win four contests a year later is a boon for this new staff. They'll look to improve again in 2022.
