Collins suffered a broken collarbone in spring ball, but is expected back at the beginning of the season to be part of an experienced receiver duo with T.J. Vasher. The senior caught 32 balls on 46 targets in 2018 and has some familiarity with returning starter Alan Bowman. Although Texas Tech is welcoming a new Head Coach in Matt Wells, they should continue to pass the ball a ton under the same offensive coordinator. Collins will have some fantasy relevance once he's fully healed from the collarbone injury.
