Shaquelle Evans

It's difficult to tell whether Evans has much upside, but it seems safe to say that his floor is established very well. He led UCLA with 60 catches for 877 yards last year, and he should improve on his weak touchdown total of three since Joseph Fauria (12 touchdowns last year) is no longer around to hog red-zone targets. The Bruins lack any other established receivers to challenge Evans for targets.
