Miller will take over as Navy's starting quarterback this year now that Kriss Proctor is gone. Unlike Proctor and Ricky Dobbs before him, Miller doesn't seem to boast much talent as a runner, though, so it's difficult to envision him making much of a fantasy impact. He averaged just 3.1 yards per carry last year and failed to find the end zone in 49 rushes.
