Hammond looked sharp while leading four scoring drives for the Red Raiders as they ran away from the Utes in the second half. He entered the game for an injured Behren Morton and appears that he's ready to play if he ever gets the chance. If he does get a start in the future, he'll be an interesting fantasy consideration because he is a dual-threat quarterback. Texas Tech is on a bye next week before heading to play at Houston.
