AnJ got off to a hot start on the offense of Overpass to pick up a 3-0 lead before the Swedes punched back. The aggressive offense and the keen entry by AnJ helped NRG pick up four more rounds to take the 7-1 lead. However, NiP picked up a majority of the remaining rounds in the first half to settle the 9-6 score. NiP started the second half with a 3-0 start but in Round 19 AnJ got the final kill in a 2-vs-1 bomb plant on the A-bombsite to break the tie. From there, he contributed to four rounds put on NiP to hold down the A-bombsite. Although NiP came right back to pick up two quick A-bombsite hits to get back on the board. AnJ finally advanced to map point in Round 26 but NiP tried to stay alive by winning three more rounds before AnJ held the line for a 16-14 win, posting a team-leading 10.8 ADR.
