Starting himself off on an unexpected Poppy pick, Kabe got some things done, but was ultimately unable to shut his lane down. Thankfully, this wasn't his job as he was picked to disrupt the enemy backline and become extremely tanky in the process. Unfortunately, this only worked to a certain degree as he found himself struggling to close the gap between himself and the enemy carries as the game went later. Getting kited repeatedly, he fell off massively in the late game, allowing Suning's carries to prosper and claim the Game 1 victory. Game 2 went even worse for Kabe as he struggled to get any sort of a start on Jarvan. Though he farmed for himself, he couldn't create a positive impact for the rest of his team. Unable to get anything done despite his team's impressive early game, he sat by as his carries struggled and his team was defeated time and again. As a result, Suning was able to take Game 2 in 27 minutes, closing out the series 2-0.
