Impressive mechanics not enough to thwart opposition
nightmare played surprisingly well in the 0-3 loss against Chu8 My Hotdoge at the third 2016 North America HGC Qualifiers.
ANALYSIS
Game 1 was on the map Braxus Holdout. Nightmare did a solid job on Gul'dan when it came to clearing creap waves but because the game was over before he could make any use of his play making heroic, Nightmare was a non-factor. Game 2 was on Cursed Hollow with Nightmare playing Li-Ming. Great follow up from Nightmare throughout the game but especially at the 11 minute mark when he was able to catch Yoda with an amazing flank, obliterating him in seconds with a well timed execution of his abilities. Game 3 had Nightmare on Valla in the time tested pairing with the healer Auriel. Even though nightmare was able to do 35,000 damage (closest on his team being Falstad at 25,000), it simply wasn't enough to secure Game 3.
