Leaves ROCCAT
After a shaky rookie split, ROCCAT have decided to part ways with Parang, ESPN's Jacob Wolf reports.
ANALYSIS
After a season of mixed successes, ROCCAT and Parang have opted to part ways over the course of the offseason. Parang struggled all throughout the split to find an identity for himself, as he played a wider variety of champions than nearly any of his competitors, but managed winning records on only one, Ekko, and even then just barely. His struggles really served as a microcosm for ROCCAT as a whole, who struggled to establish themselves as a team who did anything beyond randomly win games off the back of a stellar showing from Betsy. Some time out of the spotlight to reflect may well be great for Parang, who showed mechanical skill early on in his term on ROCCAT, skill that may well be leveraged more effectively later on in his career. For now, his future depends upon whether he opts to continue playing in the EULCS, or returns to look for opportunities in his native South Korea where ROCCAT picked him out of solo queue at the beginning of the split.
