Phaxi got off to a rough start in this series on Gnar, going down for first blood to an early gank. He was nevertheless able to maintain a CS lead over Kikis' Jayce during the laning phase, and contributed a couple of fantastic ultimates in teamfights. However, ROCCAT simply didn't have a comp built for 5-vs-5, and were unable to sufficiently capitalize on their picks, resulting in a loss. Sticking with Gnar for Game 2, Phaxi found himself up against Akali from Kikis. While his lane opponent found more farm in the side lanes, Phaxi once again was brilliant in teamfights, which this time around ROCCAT were more suited to. Unfortunately, Phaxi's Poppy did as much as the rest of ROCCAT in Game 3, which is to say, nothing at all.
