Tavo played his signature Engima in Game 1 of the series. He managed to draw his laning stage against Timado's Phantom Lancer thanks to his efficient use of Demonic Conversion. His decision to skip Blink Dagger and go for team-oriented items like Helm of the Dominator, Pipe of Insight, and Crimson Guard helped worked out magically for his squad. In Game 2, he had an interesting choice for an offlane hero with Ogre Magi. He once again concentrated on tanky items and was a literal pain to deal with for Infamous.
