The 34-year-old inked a short-term deal with Bayern Munich this summer, giving the club some extra depth while T.J. Bray (knee) tended to an injury. With Bray closing in on his season debut, Bayern Munich didn't see much of a need to keep Nelson in the fold. Nelson played in 35 games between EuroLeague and domestic league action, averaging 4.7 points, 1.9 assists and 1.5 rebounds.
