Could remain with Maccabi in 2018-19
Maccabi Tel Aviv has engaged in discussions with the NBA's Philadelphia 76ers to keep Bolden in Israel for the 2018-19 season, David Pick of ONE.co reports.
ANALYSIS
Bolden is under contract with Maccabi for one more season, but could exercise his $650,000 opt-out clause to join the NBA if he so chooses. Since it's unclear if the 76ers would have much of a role available for the forward, there's a good chance the 22-year-old will remain in Israel for another year. Bolden is averaging 6.9 points and 5.8 rebounds across 21.6 minutes per game in his 24 Euroleague contests this season.
