Ben Bartch Injury: Lands on IR

Bartch (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, Noah Furtado of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Bartch suffered an ankle injury in Week 2 that was originally expected to cost him a few games. He'll now be forced to miss the next four contests, potentially lining up seventh-round rookie Connor Colby to start at left guard for the 49ers.
