Samuel (neck/ribs) is listed as questionable for Monday's contest in Atlanta.

Samuel sandwiched an absence from practice Friday around limited sessions Thursday and Saturday due to neck and rib injuries, leaving his status up in the air ahead of Monday's 7:15 p.m. ET kickoff. If he's able to suit up, he'll be a target available to QB Josh Allen while serving as the Bills' primary kick returner.
