Jaylen Watson Injury: Done for day

Watson (ankle) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's contest against the 49ers.

Watson's day is officially done after he suffered an ankle injury in the second half versus San Francisco. Moving forward, if Watson is unavailable, Joshua Williams and Nazeeh Johnson will see added work in the secondary with Kansas City.
