Johnson (groin) is out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Lions, Chris Emma of 670TheScore.com reports.

The cornerback recorded two solo tackles before leaving the contest. Johnson missed Week 1 with a groin injury, so it's possible that this is the same issue. Nahshon Wright has replaced him at left corner.
