Steve Avila Injury: Absent again Thursday

Avila (ankle) was a non-participant at practice Thursday, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.

Avila remained sidelined for a second day in a row at practice after suffering a sprained ankle in Week 1. It seems unlikely that the 25-year-old will be able to play in Week 2, and if that's the case, Justin Dedich may draw the start at right guard in Avila's place.
