After spending the 2015 season on the Cardinals' practice squad, Shipley signed a future contract with the same organization in late January. With half of this preseason slate complete, his snaps have almost solely been contained to the third-team offense, and he's been handed a pair of kick returns as well. Alas, in a wide receiver room with so much depth, the practice squad will likely be his home yet again in 2016.
