Houston comes in as an undrafted free agent out of Wisconsin, and despite offering excellent size at his position at 6-foot-4 and 235 pounds, it's extremely unlikely that he'll claim a roster spot with the Steelers heading into 2017. He'll simply provide an extra arm throughout training camp and attempt to secure a spot on the practice squad.
