2003 Fantasy Outlook
Miller got eight starts with the Bears in 2002 before going down with his rotator cuff injury (180-for-314, 57 percent, 1944 yards, 6.2 ypa, 13 TDs, 9 INT). His rehab is going well so far, and if healthy, he's the probable No. 2 to Brad Johnson on the Bucs QB depth chart -- that's a role usually good for two starts a year and some other backup action as well.
