ANALYSIS
This is Welch's second stint with the Bills. He was initially on their practice squad in 2011, and was later picked up by the Rams for backup duties on the offensive line. He will most likely play in a similar role for the Bills this season.

Welch has played for four teams in four years in the NFL, but this will be his second year in Buffalo. He does not have a clear path to playing time and is hoping to do enough to make the regular season roster.
