Binns was cut by the Dolphins on Tuesday, the Miami Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
Binns missed all of last season with a torn ACL and despite recovering in time for the preseason, the wideout couldn't manage to lock up a roster spot on a Dolphins team with decent depth at receiver.

Binns is bouncing back from a torn ACL that cost him all of the 2013 season, but didn't show enough in training camp to win a backup receiver job with the Dolphins.
At 6-foot-3 and 210 pounds, Binns is a big receiver. However, his size was used more for blocking than catching passes last season, as he hauled in just 24 balls for one touchdown as a rookie. Until he develops his pass-catching abilities more, he is unlikely to contribute in fantasy.
Binns is expected to share snaps with Brandon Tate at the number two receiver spot during training camp. While he has little NFL game experience, the former Bengals practice squad player should see a larger role with the team come this season, especially if he impresses in camp.
Signed as an undrafted free agent with the Jaguars in July of 2011.
