RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks
There was no outlook written for Kareem Martin.
After manning outside linebacker in college, Martin was tabbed to play defensive end as a rookie in 2014, and the results weren't pretty (eight tackles, one sack, and one forced fumble in 11 games). The majority of his snaps occurred in the first half of the season, as he logged only 16 of his 183 on the season over the last seven contests. Martin's offseason has included a switch to his more natural position, OLB, where he's slated to act as Alex Okafor's primary backup on the strong side. While his snaps will likely be limited, Martin may have more opportunity to unleash his pass-rushing ability.
