Despite his lack of experience, Neal currently slots into the third spot on the Packers' halfback depth chart. It's not a lock that the Packers will even keep three halfbacks on the roster, but if Neal does make the cut, he could play sparingly but would primarily serve as insurance behind top backs Eddie Lacy and James Starks.
