2019 Fantasy Outlook
Peake has been able to carve out a roster spot due to his strong special teams play, but he has just three catches over the past two seasons. With fellow special teams stud Josh Bellamy joining the Jets' receiving corps via free agency, New York could be reluctant to commit two roster spots to receivers who rarely contribute on offense, so Peake could end up on the chopping block. Even if he sticks around, the 2016 seventh-rounder out of Clemson is expected to make a minimal impact. Read Past Outlooks

Tallies just two catches in 2018
WRNew York Jets
January 17, 2019
Peake recorded two catches for 25 yards while appearing in 13 games in 2018.
ANALYSIS
Peake saw the vast majority of his snaps come on special teams. He played 241 special teams snaps and just 89 offensive snaps on the year. He showed some receiving promise as a rookie in 2016 but has just 28 yards in his last 16 games. Barring large improvement, he should be expected to be a reserve receiver and special teams player if he makes a roster in 2019.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2017
2016
The departures of Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker -- along with Quincy Enunwa's neck injury -- seemingly move Peake up the depth chart, but the second-year wideout from Clemson will still have to fight for snaps. On the plus side, he has a year with the playbook under his belt, which should certainly help him in a competition with rookies ArDarius Stewart and Chad Hansen, but the latter two are more skillful players with higher upside. Additionally, with significant question marks under center for the Jets, the chances of Peake making meaningful fantasy contributions seem low.
Peake will get an opportunity to compete for a spot higher on the depth chart, but he's unlikely to pass Quincy Enunwa, Kenbrell Thompkins and Devin Smith for the No. 3 spot, and even if he does, there's fairly limited upside given Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker's dominance of the wideout targets.
