2019 Fantasy Outlook
Harris caught 28 passes for 304 yards in 12 games for Washington last season, but after he wasn't tendered a contract as a restricted free agent, the Patriots swooped in and signed him to a low-risk deal that also includes an injury split/waiver. The 6-3, 200-pound wideout doesn't have blazing speed, but he's viewed as a solid route runner with good hands, which gives him some chance to build a rapport with quarterback Tom Brady. Beyond slot maven Julian Edelman and 2019 first-rounder N'Keal Harry, there's not much certainly with regard to how New England's wideout corps will shake out. As a result, Harris does at least have a chance to stick. To that end, he'll have to compete for depth chart slotting with the likes of Phillip Dorsett, Jakobi Meyers, Braxton Berrios along with Demaryius Thomas, when he's healthy. Though currently suspended, Josh Gordon could also factor in. Read Past Outlooks

August 16, 2019
Harris is dealing with a lower-leg injury, Tom E. Curran of NBC Sports Boston reports.
ANALYSIS
Per the report, Harris' issue could sideline him "a while," a development that might help undrafted free agent Jakobi Meyers carve out of spot on the Patriots' 53-man roster to start the coming season.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2018
2017
Harris is a clear favorite for the No. 4 wide receiver job, likely putting him just one injury away from a regular spot in the offense. Given that Paul Richardson and Josh Doctson both have shaky medical records, it won't come as any surprise if Harris becomes a real factor in the Washington offense. Of course, he'll also have to compete with the team's tight ends and running backs for targets.
Harris recorded eight receptions in 10 games last season with the Skins, but will again be battling simply to make the roster in 2017. It seems as if there will be few reps left for Harris in the offensive gameplan given the additions of a healthy Josh Doctson and veteran Brian Quick.
