2018 Fantasy Outlook
The 2017 third-round pick did little offensively in his rookie campaign, snagging eight of 13 passes for 71 yards and no touchdowns. The competition became much tougher when the Seahawks signed six-time Pro Bowler Brandon Marshall and Jaron Brown to sit behind Doug Baldwin and Tyler Lockett. It's a crowded receiving corps with mid-level talents, so Darboh will need to make offseason gains to nab a consistent role. Read Past Outlooks

The Seahawks placed Darboh (hip) on injured reserve Friday, Curtis Crabtree of Sports Radio 950 KJR Seattle reports.
ANALYSIS
Darboh underwent an odd chain of events after he was waived by the Seahawks, as he was claimed by the Patriots but failed a physical, sending him back to Seattle's roster. He then had hip surgery. His injured reserve designation is retroactive to Sept. 5, making him ineligible to return to the Seahawks this season.

This Week's Opposing Pass Defense
How does the 49ers pass defense compare to other NFL teams this season?
The bars represents the team's percentile rank (based on QB Rating Against). The longer the bar, the better their pass defense is. The team and position group ratings only include players that are currently on the roster and not on injured reserve. The list of players in the table only includes defenders with at least 3 attempts against them.

2017 Fantasy Outlook
A third-round selection from Michigan, Darboh possesses the size and athleticism to be a future playmaker in Seattle. While the Seahawks have question marks all over their receiving corps, Darboh may be too far down on the depth chart to make a fantasy impact in 2017. However, it's impossible to rule out the 6-2, 214 pound wideout, especially given Tyler Lockett's leg injury and Jermaine Kearse's subpar 2016 performance. If given an opportunity, the 23-year-old could steal a starting position given his knack to find the end zone in college (14 touchdowns in three seasons).
