2019 Fantasy Outlook
Injuries were the name of the game for King a season ago, just like they were in his rookie season. Since being selected in the second round in 2017, King has appeared in just 15 of a possible 32 games. He is in line to occupy a starting spot at the cornerback position, but health has been an issue for him again this preseason, and it remains to be seen if he will be good to go for Week 1. Effective in limited snaps

September 6, 2019
King had five solo tackles, a sack and a pass deflection in Thursday's victory over the Bears.
King could have had an even bigger game had his deflection turned into an interception on a ball that slipped through his hands, but he still made a notable impact despite playing just 42 of the Packers' 73 defensive snaps (58 percent). King did not play in the preseason due to a sore hamstring and has a lengthy injury history, so the Packers likely wanted to ease his workload in Week 1. King is one of the Packers' best two corners, though, so his snap count could increase as he gets closer to -- and remains at or near -- 100 percent.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
King was the Packers' top draft pick -- in the second round -- a year a go, but injuries limited him to just nine game during his rookie season. When he was able to suit up, King showed why he was worthy of a high selection, holding his own against the likes of Julio Jones and A.J. Green. Injuries remain a concern for King, but there's a case to be made that he is the Packers' top cornerback when on the field.
The Packers' top pick in this year's draft, King will be counted on to play a key role right out of the gate, and the team is hoping he will head into Week 1 as a starting cornerback. That position in the Packers' defense generally does not lead to much in terms of IDP production, but if King is able to meet or exceed expectations, he has the potential to help the defense improve as a whole.
