2019 Fantasy Outlook
The 120th pick of this year's draft, Jennings is an intriguing prospect. At 6-1, 214, and with 4.42 speed, Jennings is big, strong and highly athletic - 37-inch vertical, 127-inch broad jump. Moreover, he scored 13 touchdowns on only 74 targets for West Virginia last year, averaging 17.0 yards on 54 receptions. The Seahawks were last in passing attempts in 2018, and they don't seem likely to change their run-heavy approach. But with Doug Baldwin retired, low-volume Tyler Lockett the only established mainstay and no tight ends of note, there are targets available for the taking. Jennings' main competition will be John Ursua -- a seventh-round rookie -- and injured incumbent David Moore. Read Past Outlooks

Coach's Decision
September 8, 2019
Jennings (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bengals.
ANALYSIS
With David Moore expected to miss the first two games of the season, the decision to hold out Jennings is somewhat of a surprise. With all of Moore, Jennings and John Ursua (healthy scratch) sidelined, the Seahawks will roll with Tyler Lockett, DK Metcalf, Jaron Brown and Malik Turner at wide receiver Week 1.
