25-Year-Old Wide ReceiverWR

2021 Fantasy Outlook
In 2020, Fulgham made his season debut Week 4 with most of the Eagles receiving corps out due to injury. He scored touchdowns in four of his first five games while racking up 29 catches on 44 targets for 435 yards. As the team got healthy again after the team's Week 9 bye, however, the 25-year-old was seldom heard from again. With DeVonta Smith and Jalen Reagor set to start in 2021, Fulgham will compete with Greg Ward, John Hightower, Quez Watkins and J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, first for a roster spot and then for the leftover targets in the Philadelphia offense. Read Past Outlooks

It was mostly a quiet season for Jared Cook, but he solidified his role over the past month and should be a big part of the Saints' passing attack in the playoffs.
2019 Fantasy Outlook
The Lions spent a sixth-round pick on the rookie out of Old Dominion after a senior season in which Fulgham corralled 63 of 107 targets for 1,083 yards and nine touchdowns. His 4.58 40 time at the combine left something to be desired in terms of pure speed, but Fulgham did record explosive metrics in both the broad jump (126.0 inches) and vertical jump (36.5 inches). He lands in about as ideal a situation he could've asked for in Detroit, where there isn't a clear No. 4 option at wideout behind Kenny Golladay, Marvin Jones and Danny Amendola. A strong training camp and preseason could vault him into the role, though it will likely be tough for him to make a fantasy impact unless injuries bite those above him on the depth chart.
