Though he is currently behind bars, police are looking for who used his car on New Year's Eve, the night of the shooting. In 2005, Hicks was arrested for allegedly trying to kill two women outside a nightclub. He is still in jail and awaiting trial on those charges, though one of the two women was mysteriously killed last month, just days before she was set to testify against Hicks.
