July 12, 2019
Incognito will be suspended two games for a violation of the NFL's personal conduct policy, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The 36-year-old signed with Oakland in May and should compete for the starting job at left guard. Incognito can participate in training camp and preseason, but his first regular-season appearance won't come until Week 3 against Minnesota -- assuming he's still on the Raiders roster.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
The 32-year old Incognito will either have fresh legs or be a bit rusty after a year and a half away from the game. He should battle for a job as a starting guard and figures to make the roster as at least a versatile reserve.
Incognito is slated to start at left guard for the Dolphins in 2013. How well the offensive line plays as a unit will go a long way towards how well their offense plays as a whole.
Slated to start at left guard this season.
Will start at left guard for Miami.
Incognito is expected to start at right guard for the Dolphins. Miami is loaded with talent along the offensive line and Incognito should only help assuming he doesn't take any of the stupid penalties he is known for.
Incognito was probably the Rams' most consistent offensive lineman in 2008 and he'll once again be the club's starting RG when the 2009 season opens in September.
Expected to win the starting center job over Brett Romberg although he possesses enough versatility that he can slide into either guard slot in a pinch.
Is penciled in as the club's starting right guard but is also capable of playing center and left guard in a pinch.
After sitting out his entire rookie year due to lingering knee issues Incognito has blazed into camp and stolen Claude Terrell's left guard starting spot. He's hurt the team in preseason with overaggressiveness and if that continues he may lose his spot to rookie Mark Setterstrom.
