Williams missed three games last season and found himself buried in the Titans' receiving corps behind Kenny Britt, Nate Washington and Kendall Wright. With those three receivers plus recently drafted Justin Hunter ahead of him on the depth chart in 2013, Williams will be hard-pressed to see the field enough to make be a factor in fantasy.

With Kenny Britt undergoing a follow-up arthroscopic knee surgery in May after an ACL and MCL repair in October, Williams could again have a significant role. Williams started 13 games a season ago, logged 94 targets and scored five touchdowns, but had a meager 6.3 YPT and only seven catches of 20 or more yards (though four of those went for 40-plus). At 6-1, 199, Williams has average size, but decent speed and above-average ball skills. Even if Britt were to miss the start of the year, Williams would compete with first-round rookie Kendall Wright to start opposite Nate Washington.

Williams is a possession receiver who could take a step up on the receiving depth charts in his second season with the Titans. He should get some solid playing time, but would not expect him to have much fantasy relevance this year.

Williams was drafted with the Titans' second pick in 2009. He does not have exceptional top-end speed but is very athletic and elusive in the open field. He was very productive in college and could fight for the number three receiving spot in 2010. He is currently being identified as the Titans' punt and kick returner for 2010.
