2019 Fantasy Outlook
Charles joined the Browns in 2018, which marked his fourth team in five seasons. He ultimately suited up for 13 games primarily providing depth at tight end. The 28-year-old now finds himself fighting for a roster spot in camp, as there are a plethora of tight ends around him on the depth chart. One thing in his favor is that he has the versatility to both play fullback or H-back. Read Past Outlooks

The Broncos signed Charles on Wednesday, Zac Stevens of BSNDenver.com reports.
Charles was let go by Cleveland just 10 days ago but found a new home in the AFC on Wednesday. His signing will boost the depth at the tight end position, considering the team just placed Bug Howard (ankle) on IR. The 28-year-old hauled in just three passes on five targets for 23 yards last season.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
Charles is expected to be a backup tight end for the Saints. With Benjamin Watson and Josh Hill ahead of him on the depth chart, however, he is expected to have only minimal fantasy value.
Though he's officially listed at TE, Charles will be the Bengals' starting fullback, having beaten out John Conner in training camp. Expect just a few token targets in the passing game and little-to-no carries.
A fourth-round pick, Charles is coming off an All-SEC season at Georgia. With Jermaine Gresham in the fold, Charles won't be the starter, but will compete to see the field, while providing the Bengals with solid blocking and receiving.
