Ayodele finished the season with 106 total tackles, four passes defensed, no sacks and one forced fumble.
ANALYSIS
Not bad for a guy who was released by the Broncos in the preseason. As the tackle totals show, Ayodele knows how to get to the ball in a 3-4 defense. He's an unrestricted free agent, though we imagine the Bills will try to bring him back. However, the team has so many questions at linebacker -- along with some returning injured players -- that even if he did re-sign it's not a guarantee he'd have a starting spot again, as the Bills are also looking for more playmakers for their front seven.

Ayodele will add depth to the Broncos' linebacking corps.
Ayodele tied for third with 74 tackles during the 2008 season and had two interceptions. Ayodele once was a strong consideration to be your IDP, not so much anymore however.
Acquired from Dallas via trade on draft day, Ayodele will compete for either inside linebacker spot and is versatile enough to provide depth on the outside. He hasn't produced tackles in the 90s since 2004 and posted a career-low 57 last year (albeit likely due to the Cowboys' deep linebacker rotations), so don't expect Zach Thomas-like numbers from his probable replacement. On the other hand, he's consistent, so perhaps look to him in the later rounds if you're short on depth.
LB recorded 84 tackles, two INTs and a sack in his first season with the Cowboys.
Two years removed from a 100-tackle season with the Jaguars, Ayodele moves to the Cowboys and an ILB slot in their 3-4 defense -- a move that could return him to IDP viability.
Ayodele is slated to start for the team at outside linebacker.
Ayodele led the Jags in tackles last year and will return as the starting weakside linebacker in 2004.
